This Refund & Return Policy explains the eligibility, procedures, and timelines for returning merchandise purchased through our website. By placing an order with Cheervt, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window
Eligible merchandise may be returned within 90 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused and unwashed
- Unworn (except for fitting)
- Free from stains, odors, or damage
- Contain all original hang tags, labels, packaging, and accessories
- In resaleable condition
Cheervt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these standards.
2. Free Returns — No Fees
Cheervt does not charge restocking, processing, repackaging, or penalty fees.
Customers are responsible only for return shipping costs unless the return is due to Cheervt error (wrong item, defective, damaged, etc.). In such cases, Cheervt will cover return accommodations at no cost to the customer.
3. Return Eligibility & Exclusions
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or customized items
- Items no longer in resaleable condition
Items sent back ineligible may be returned to the customer at their expense or discarded upon request.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges may be requested for size, color, or style (subject to availability). If an exchange item is unavailable, a refund will be issued.
Exchanges are processed as a new order after the original item is received and inspected.
5. Refund Timeline
Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after return approval.
Refund Processing Time: Up to 10 Business Days
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to Cheervt error.
6. Condition Inspection
All returns undergo inspection. Items failing inspection may be rejected. Customers may choose to have rejected items:
- Returned (customer pays shipping)
- Disposed of
7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us promptly. Customers may be asked to provide:
- Photos of the product
- Packaging condition
- Description of damage/defect
- Order number
Verified claims receive replacements, exchanges, or refunds at no cost.
8. How to Start a Return

- Reason for return
- Photos (if reporting damage/defect)
9. Store Credit (Optional)
Customers may choose store credit instead of a refund. Store credit may be issued faster and can be used toward future purchases.
10. Lost or Missing Returns
Cheervt is not responsible for untracked returns. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
11. Customer Responsibility
Customers must ensure items are securely packaged and include necessary documentation. Cheervt is not responsible for damage caused during return transit.
12. Policy Limitations
This policy applies only to purchases made through our website. Purchases from unauthorized resellers are excluded.
13. Amendments
Cheervt may update this policy at any time. Updates take effect upon posting.
