At Cheervt, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order shortly after purchasing. To ensure smooth processing and timely fulfillment, we have outlined our policies and timelines for order changes and cancellations below.

1. Order Processing Timeline

Orders placed through https://cheervt.com are processed quickly to maintain fast dispatch times. Once an order enters fulfillment, changes and cancellations may no longer be possible.

Typical processing stages:

  1. Order Received
  2. Verification & Payment Confirmation
  3. Warehouse Handling
  4. Packing & Dispatch
  5. Shipment in Transit

Once an order transitions past Stage 3 (Handling), modifications become unlikely due to fulfillment commitments.

2. Order Modification Requests

Order modifications may include:

  • Changing size, style, or color
  • Updating shipping address
  • Correcting contact information
  • Adding or removing items

2.1 Modification Window

Requests must be submitted within 2 hours of placing an order for best approval chances.

2.2 Limitations

Modifications cannot be guaranteed if:

  • The order has already been packed or shipped
  • Requested items are out of stock
  • Address correction is outside courier coverage
  • Payment/invoice details are finalized for regulatory purposes

3. Order Cancellation Requests

Customers may request to cancel an order before it enters shipment.

3.1 Cancellation Window: Cancellation requests should be submitted within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may be committed to fulfillment.

3.2 Orders Already Shipped: Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled. However, customers may initiate a return under the Refund & Return Policy once the package arrives.

4. Pre-Order & Backorder Items

For pre-order or backorder items, timelines may differ. Cancellation requests will be reviewed case-by-case depending on supplier coordination.

5. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If a cancellation is accepted:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • No cancellation fees will apply
  • Refunds typically process within 10 business days

7. Address Corrections & Delivery Issues

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an incorrect address is entered:

  • Corrections may be requested within the modification window
  • Courier rerouting cannot be guaranteed once shipped

Packages delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error are not eligible for refunds or reshipment without a new order.

8. Items Not Eligible for Modification or Cancellation

Certain orders may not qualify, including:

  • Orders already dispatched
  • Sale or clearance items (case-dependent)
  • Promotional or limited-release items
  • Customized or special-order items

  • Fulfillment may begin quickly after purchase
  • Timely communication is required for modification/cancellation
  • Approval is not guaranteed once processing begins

Cheervt may update this policy at any time to reflect operational, regulatory, or logistical changes. Updates will be posted with revised effective dates.
